Since we are a member of the Silvretta Card Premium Program, you will automatically receive the Silvretta Card Premium when you check in with us and can enjoy many included services and discounts in Paznaun. The cost of the discount card is included in our rates.

Short stays
We charge a surcharge for short stays.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning in the apartments: €12.50 per person (one-time fee)
Arrival & departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available for check-in starting at 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartments by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Check-in is available until 8:00 p.m. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.

In the apartments
Bed linens, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels, are, of course, included.
Ski storage room
A ski storage room equipped with a boot dryer is available for the safe storage of your ski gear.
Non-smoking apartments
We ask that you refrain from smoking in our apartments and in the double room. Thank you for your understanding!
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Deposit
A deposit, as specified in the booking confirmation, is required to finalize the reservation. Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
Payment/payment methods
Advance bank transfer of the remaining balance shortly before arrival, or in cash upon arrival
Reservation
A reservation is valid only after receipt of a written confirmation! Once a reservation is confirmed, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellations are valid only in writing and are charged as follows:
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total package price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total package price
- During the last week before arrival - 90% of the total package price
- In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full price of the booked package
